House of Jess Voigt Page

AI workflows, agents, and revenue systems, made by hand for the teams who use them. Each piece is built to fit, made to last, and meant to be handed down.

Gong · Senior Manager, Center of Excellence

The Fitting

Each requirement from the role, paired with the work that already proves it.

Works / breaks, documented

The proof

At Gong: Original AI Council member (VOC focus), Customer Zero program member for custom agents and Orchestrate, and Lovable prototyping pilot. Built a Claude email-triage prototype and documented where it breaks (connectors), then shipped a working Glean agent that drafts customer replies.

20 hrs → 30 min

The proof

At Gong: Outcomes Prescription Engine (Gong AI Builder → Gemini → Apps Script) with strict output schemas and zero-setup rollout, validated on 10 accounts and reused for SPA deck automation. Plus five custom Gong agents for QBR prep, forecast summaries, handovers, post-onboarding snapshots, and Healthy ARR intervention.

45 accounts flagged

The proof

At Gong: Ten-point instance audit run across 35+ customer instances; HARR Command Center and FAU Validation Tracker caught a pipeline failure across 45 accounts.

At Calendly: Governance working group on admin delineation and role-based permissions.

4 personas mapped

The proof

At Gong: 15+ prompt library across 10 use-case categories with persona adoption sequences (AE, SDR, CSM, Enablement) tied to FAU; AI maturity matrix scoring each customer 1-4; 1:1 AI operating-rhythm sessions across the full book.

Adopted into RA tooling

The proof

At Gong: Advised GTM Ops on the Healthy ARR dashboard. Delivered a renewal-readiness usage view for Outcomes Impact RA tooling. Found a CPQ renewal-language gap and escalated it to Finance and Legal, who updated default contract language.

At Ramp: Partnered with Product and Reporting Engineering on customer data requirements.

SKO main stage

The proof

At Gong: OPE endorsed by Director Nick Vealitzek and reviewed by CCO Simon Frey. Selected for the SKO main stage.

At Ramp: A regulated-enterprise compliance build became the flagship large-account case study.

Said no, then delivered

The proof

At Ramp: Advised a customer against routing Ramp between their bank and expense tool as middleware, then ran the engagement end to end.

At Gong: Built OPE on company-standard tools over faster personal options for adoption and security; kept FAU risk detection at proof-of-concept until permissions allow it to go live.

5 yrs SaaS GTM

The proof

Gong: Daily user and admin across ~35 customer instances since Sep 2025.

Ramp, Airtable, Calendly: GTM roles since 2021, with Salesforce reporting at all four companies.

Tools: Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, Glean, Retool, Apps Script; Anthropic agent-skills certified (2026).

The Builds

The Collection

Ten pieces, each made for a real problem. Open any look for the story of how it was made.

Outcomes Prescription Engine

30 minutes per plan, a 97% reduction, validated across 10 Mid-Market accounts in healthcare, SaaS, staffing, and CMS.

The brief
Strategic account planning took 20 hours per account, so it rarely happened, and when it did, the output was inconsistent across reps.
The making
A multi-stage pipeline: Gong AI Builder pulls account signal, Gemini runs diagnostic and prescriptive passes through layered context, and Google Apps Script assembles the finished plan. Deterministic guardrails keep the output format stable.

HARR Command Center

Exposed a systemic data-pipeline failure affecting 45 accounts and escalated an RA-wide data-integrity risk.

The brief
Healthy ARR drives my variable comp, but adoption and usage signals were scattered and there was no way to see them moving day to day.
The making
A portable HTML dashboard modeling HARR around adoption and usage signals, with an FAU Validation Tracker that flags duplicates, whitespace gaps, and day-over-day data deltas.

Regulated Enterprise Compliance Workflow

90% mobile submission, affidavit usage down 85-90%, and audits cut from 2-3 months to 1-2 days. Became a flagship Ramp large-account case study.

The brief
A regulated enterprise spending $20M+ per month had to satisfy the full Sunshine Act lifecycle, from field receipt capture through federal and state reporting, and audits were taking 2-3 months.
The making
Mapped and architected the end-to-end workflow with the customer, Ramp Product, and a third-party compliance vendor: mobile receipt capture, provider-verification design, conditional automation, and validated data outputs, including advising against an unsuitable architecture.
